Using a different angle, better camera, optimal lighting and a professional photographer, you can see the true beauty of the home, which would have been otherwise missed. We bring Tony in (at no additional cost to our clients) to photograph ALL of our listings so we are sure to capture the attention of all potential buyers.
Along with professional photography we also shoot a personalized listing video to showcase the home online, provide color floor plans for clients to get a feel for the layout, leave a listing binder in the home for showings that provide any additional information on the property that a buyer might want to know and color feature sheets that they can take with them to remember all the highlights of your home.
